Yes, there is a specific project manager assigned to every project. Your project manager keeps you constantly informed throughout the project to ensure maximum success.
How often do I receive an update on the project progress?
You will receive weekly updates on the current process status and timeline of your project by your assigned project manager.

Proteins/cell lines are usually shipped on dry ice to prevent quality loss during shipping. If required we can also organize alternative shipping conditions ( e.g. dry shipper, blue ice or room temperature)
