The temporal course is principally determined by the specific cell line, the cellular doubling time, and the nutrient composition of the medium to which the cells are adapted (low versus high nutrient content). Accordingly, the adaptation timeline typically spans approximately 6 to 12 weeks.

•Validation of successful target protein purification by SDS-PAGE and Western Blot analysis
